A spirit from Chian made from glutinous sorghum, wheat and water.This hugely popular Baiju is made from the same water source and quality grain as Kweichow Moutai, though with a shorter distillation period, the Prince is a fresher, lighter and more delicate variation of Moutai. With a fresh and sweet aroma of apple and pear, Prince is mild and mellow in flavour while still retaining some of the complexity of its older sibling.
